About Me

Hi! I’m Alex, a 19 year old author from Geneva, NY. I mostly write politically charged science fiction and dystopia, with a heavy focus on LGBTQ stories. I grew up as a young queer person not seeing myself represented in media beyond surface level ‘token gay’ characters. I write my own experiences and life into the queer characters in my stories, so that perhaps some young queer person out there will be able to know that there are others like them.

In my free time, when I’m not writing, I’m watching movies (my favorite is Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back), playing games (Minecraft, of course!), spending time with my wonderful girlfriend or snuggling my cat, Biggs (not pictured).
